Ugly Old Septic Tank

This is a lovely one for anyone who hasn't had their breakfast yet - have an old but perfectly effective septic tank in garden which sits above the soil. A big ugly rectangle of concrete blocks. Has anyone been able to alter this to sit more flush to the ground or disguise with planting or pots please?
