    .... the second looks like a dwarf flowering cherry called
    Kojo no mai, you will soon find out as both shrubs should soon be flowering.
    Looks right to me 😊

    The Photo I sent a while back that was identified as Kojo no mai, this was something that was dug out moved and replanted its looks a little worse for ware, should this have flowered more but not, then end do look a bit dead?

    Plants under stress will sacrifice flowers to keep their roots and leaves alive.  We've laso had a lot of frosts which don't help blossom.

    Keep your plant well watered, at least 15L at a time, poured slowly so it soaks in and at least once a week while it gets over the shock of being moved and all thru dry and/or hot spells till next autumn.
