  • Really beautiful @pitter-patter, I love the reds and the cherubs on the planter. I had 3 cherub ornaments, sadly lost one (the frost got it) and I've been on a mission ever since to find a replacement.

My new dahlia in pots in the GH have hardly any sign of growth on them @Fire but one that got left inadvertently in the ground is well away.  :/

I shall see if I can find some Epsom salts for my Daphne too then @Camelliad, after a great early flowering it is now looking a bit yellow around the edges. Not sure what they call them in French, maybe just magnesium?

Really beautiful photos, @Loxley. I love Luzula Nivea and I’ve got a bit crazy spreading the seeds in the garden last year.

These are only a fraction of the seedlings that have grown in inappropriate places.

@D0rdogne_Damsel I can't help you with the French equivalent but if you can get some Vitax Sequestered Iron Plant Tonic that might do the trick too?

That must have been a sight to behold. Beautiful specimen. Do you get lots of fruit as well?

Thanks, I love L. nivea. It's never really seeded for me, but I've spread clumps of it around everywhere. Love those snowy white flowers.

We do get lots of fruit @Loxley ... the blackbirds love them.   :)

Does anyone have experience of using cotinus for hedging?
