@Loxley Is it even possible to take a bad photo of your garden? Love the dog too, is that some sort of sighthound? @punkdoc The orange Primula and Blue/Purple Iris is a lovely combo
Some things from our garden today.
Geranium renardii Geranium Blue Cloud (a real monster, didn't realise they get so big) Zantedeschia Picasso (don't like this colour at all, but it has sentimental value, brought back from Madeira many years ago) Lychnis Angel's Blush (prefer this to the dayglo Pink one we normally grow) Acanthus mollis Hollard's Gold (another monster in the garden) Knautia Red Cherries
@Athelas, it's a Galega called "His Majesty", and it is in part shade. The flowers have a faint smell of coconut. @Valley Gardener, you bring the scones and l'll put the kettle on
Peas doing really well and my hydrangea annabelle is really starting to flourish. Phlox also doing well but can anyone tell me if I should be deadheading/cutting back the phlox to produce more flowers? I haven’t grown them before. Thanks
@janewinton89, l deadhead my phlox as the flowers go over as it makes them look tidier. Sometimes l do get a second flush of smaller flowers, but not always
