@Eustace, l think l will put it all in several PMs rather than "clog up" the thread . If anyone else is interested just let me know and l will add you in.
The last of the flowers before this stormy weather spoils them all. Taken between the showers. And this self seeded Troika Nasturtium This decided to show its biggest bloom so late in the season.
Few days work, all the old wood out, dug over soil and put bags and bags of compost in. Positioned and all planted, hopefully will all work out next year! Pots are just there for some of the bedding plants I had, but probably won't have any next year.
Our garden looks very tired, we had such a lot of rain at the beginning of the year, then weeks and weeks of hot sunshine and no rain at all, then we got the winds. I like living by the sea, but I don't like clay soil, although a lot of the plants do and I don't like the constant windy weather we get, the plants don't like it ever. Next year is going to be perfect weather for every garden all over the country, it's going to rain lightly every night and be perfect temperatures during the day and we won't keep have these strong winds, well I can dream can't I.
