    Thanks, it's Trachelospermum jasminiodes. It's been in that spot for 4 years - it seems a bit lazy to actually climb

    Oh nice…a bit like my Cobaea scandens - I expected them to be taking over my garden based on what I’d read online. It’s barely made it up the bamboo pole….

    @1634 Racine Lovely astrantias and great shots of insects on them! I only started with Astrantias a couple of weeks ago; planted 3 specimens (plugs) of A. 'Shaggy' and I'm looking forward to them flowering (probably not this year, though).
    Nice specimen of Rutpela maculata, the spotted longhorn, on your first pic.

    Thanks Papi.  They have always been reliable for me.  Plus they are slug proof which in my garden is an absolute must!

    The longhorn is beautiful isn’t it.  I have to say the insect photography has got a bit out of hand.  

    This picture is not so great but it’s also a Longhorn but a moth this time. Quite fascinating
