Still looking rather green, thankful for planting some alliums (despite the messy leaves). Next task is removing the timber edging, and adding some rocks to make the edge of the path a bit softer and more 'natural' looking. Fed up of looking at those tram-lines.

I'm in the "colour gap" in my garden as new roses haven't started blooming yet and the hebes finished flowering a few weeks ago , so am grateful for this lavender having survived the cold winter until the english lavenders start flowering!
That is a lovely Geranium @pitter-patter I bought one last year, but it didn't flower and looked like it wouldn't survive. It has survived and hopefully will flower this Summer.
We have Geranium cinereum Ballerina, which is a similar, dwarf, alpine Geranium. Only about 5 inches high, and it flowers non-stop all Summer. @fire you might like Ballerina. It's not evergreen, but a little stunner, doesn't need to be dead-headed either.
This photo of it was taken last year, it's about to come into bloom soon.
