Morning Ruby. I've just seen some amazing pictures of the snow in Spain and it looks as if you may be affected by storm Philomena too Ante. T'Bird, I do hope that your fog has disappeared today. Its a wee bit misty here as the light is gradually improving. I must get my bird feeders filled asap.

I had an email yesterday to say that my hairdresser in town is closed again so bang goes my appointment on 23rd. I wonder if the shaggy look will become on trend?

    Morning all,

Looks clear and crisp out there this morning. Must've warmed up at some point because there is less snow than there was yesterday.

SM this morning and considering a nip to the tip beforehand.

  • Good morning all.

Lovely and sunny here with a beautiful winter blue sky. I have not been out yet, I suspect it will be very cold.

@Ladybird4 sounds like you were very busy last night with your knitting.

I have not watched Monty yet from last night. I have taped it to watch later as I want to enjoy it, not listen to Mr Purple Rose moaning and Whinging about my boring gardening program.

My hair appointment is for 30th Jan. It wont be going ahead 😥 I think the shaggy look will be bang on trend this winter.

Good morning all, my sister dropped me to work yesterday and then fiancé was back to pick me up. I was glad of it as it’s been very slippery round here though all the snow has now gone.
Sorry to hear about people falling it’s no joke and really shakes you up.
Dry here and maybe a little warmer, not sure what to do about Graham I would prefer him not to hibernate at all but he is very stubborn. Trevor was much more amenable, maybe being older he had learnt the error of his ways!

Morning Hazel, Biglad, PurpleRose, Debs and Ruby. Be very careful Hazel if you do go out for a walk. We have weather warnings here for ice. PurpleRose, whilst it was just highlights on GW last night it really lifted my spirits watching it and Monty's fresh comments were a tonic in themselves. Biglad, its all getting very excited near me with the forthcoming Chorley match being mentioned frequently on the Beeb. Good luck to the minnows! Take care when you go down for your click and collect this morning. Debs, perhaps just keep Graham in his box in the house and not the loft?
Oh my goodness Ruby, that is a glorious picture of the snow you have. Love the photo bombing seagull too.
p.s. I have serious snow envy!

    Good Morning All,
SGL You’ve had an early start today and already two cuppas ahead ☕️☕️ 😊 hope you have a good day stay warm,
Ante I hope your shopping trip is successful today lots of nice goodies to bring home,
LB I’m pleased your okay after yesterday. Gave your elbow a good workout using those knitting needles, shame about your haircut,
Rubee How are you keeping? Lovely snowy picture beautiful blue sky,
Hazel Brrr sounds very chilly there but a walk in the fresh air would  be lovely wrap up warm. When we had a walk at the seafront a couple of weeks ago a lady was swimming 🥶 as we were walking back we saw her getting dried and asked how it was she said it made her feel fantastic I’m still not tempted to try that 😄
Biglad love a trip to the tip, very satisfying getting rid of rubbish,
PurpleRose I have the same issues with my OH commenting on the programmes I like to watch, it’s very annoying!
Debs I’m pleased you made it to work safely how nice of your sister to give you a lift. Sorry I don’t have any experience with Tortoises, Graham is a rebel 😀
Long one sorry, hope you all have a good day.
