Morning Rubee, I’ve just got a cuppa on the go it’s frozen up outside here, do you still have snow?

Good morning all. Lovely picture Hazel good to remember that summer will be here one day and our gardens will be full of colour again. More snow here I think the next few days will be difficult underfoot.
Quiet day planned, this has felt like such a long and dismal month. Let’s hope things start to improve for everyone.

Morning Hazel, LB, Rubee, Chive and debs.

LB, such a nice gesture. Walk carefully if you have ice on ground.

Here is warm but forecast for tonight is major temperature drop and possible snow.

Morning Chive, Ruby and Debs. I reckon I could be researching plants on t'internet today. Seeing Hazel's lovely summer garden has been such a spirit lifter. Debs, have a nice quiet day today. Have you had any more snow Ruby?

  • Morning everyone.
Yes, could be the Tom thumb variety. The leaves look so delicate. I really like it.  Sorry you had a bad nights sleep.
Pretty photo Ante, good to see you. Enjoy your walk with your dog.
Aww, LB its horrible just laying there all night trying to nod off. That's exactly how I was Friday night. Its strange how all of us keep having a few good nights and then can't sleep again. Do hope we all get back to sleeping well again. Can't believe the little girl is a year old already.
Chive, I'm having a cup of tea too.
Woke up to the most amazing sunrise this morning. I'll post a pic in a mo. Crept down the garden and quickly took a few pics before it disappeared.
Ruby, hope you had a good night's sleep.
Debs, hope you have a relaxing day. Its probably because I'm not working, but I think although it's been a dreary month,  its going quickly. Christmas seems such a long time ago now.
    Have a lovely Sunday everyone.
  • Such a beautiful sky this morning.

    Good Morning Debs & SGL,
Debs I hope the bedroom decorating is coming along nicely, have a nice quiet day,
SGL Hope you slept better last night, what a beautiful sunrise photo I can see why you wanted to capture it that is stunning,
I have another Covid test to do today, staff have two a week now to ensure we are negative before going back into school so fingers crossed 🤞

  • Morning Chive,
Thank you. Yes I really had to go out and look properly at that gorgeous sky and take a photo. It was truly amazing. It's frosty too, but I didn't feel cold.
Hope your Covid test goes well. Yes thank you, slept right through the night. Sleep patterns are strange this last year. 🤦‍♀️ Have a relaxing day.

Morning SGL, that sky is absolutley stupendous but what does a red sky in the morning mean according to the ancient rhyme? I've been down to my greenhouse and the temperature in there is also -1°C. Robby came right up next to me as I returned to the kitchen. I hope that your covid test goes without incident today Chive.
