Good morning all. Just off to work in a bit on a rainy windy morning. All going well so far with the new entrance open and all the floor markers etc I think people are used to queuing now and at least they are inside.
Floor is done!! Looks really good and I am so pleased that the end is in sight.

Good morning everyone . Ante your father will enjoy your project , I am sure .Debs you must be really pleased that your floor is done and everything is nearly finished.LB the rain you describe sounds horrid  . I hope all is well in the garden.
  • Morning everyone,
LB, sounds like you had the same weather as me last night. The rain was horrendous and the garden was flooding in places. Its not raining now a d having looked outside it's very wet under foot but the water has drained away since last night.  The ground is covered in leaves too.
Ante that greenhouse is quite a size, will keep your dad busy!
Glad the flooring is finished and you're pleased with it. Kitchen sounds lovely.
I'm going to write a few Christmas cards today.
Have a good day everyone, whatever you're doing. Take care.
  • Good Morning Ante, LB, Debs & Rubee,
Ante I hope school and the trip to the SM goes well, lovely selection of bulbs & seeds you have,
LB I hope there was no damage caused by the torrential rain and your bins survived the ordeal,
Debs Great to hear people are following the measures in place for yours and their safety, excellent news on the finished floor 👍
Rubee I Hope OH is remaining settled, hope you are ok too,
    Have a good day everyone.

Morning Debs, Ruby and SGL. Glad the end of the kitchen project is in sight Debs. I am about to venture out Ruby - not to do any gardening but to bring in the bins as both of them have been emptied. I will be able to judge the temperature as well.
SGL I think I might be joining you in the card writing today though I would like to finish my little trees first.

    Morning all,

Dry, calm, mild and quite bright this morning but got the rain last night. Not sure how torrential it got but the swamp out the back is pretty 'sloshy' :o

I'm sure that there are very good reasons for it, but do they have to announce the celebrations for a 94-year-old over 18 months in advance (when she would be 96). Seems a bit fate-tempting to me.
