    Afternoon!
Here is already getting dark. It's still cold and windy, very unpleasant. Delivery for pets arrived early this morning and now I have a month reserve for them.

Yvie, enjoy your lazy evening. You deserve it.

Debs, sorry for your fiance. Two days work is better than nothing.

Hazel, hope so that everything passed well with cutting and dying your hair.

Now is time to join SGL and have a cup of tea.

Hello all. Yvie, how is Merri doing? My birds won't eat fat balls for some reason. It doesn't make any sense as they like the half coconut shells with fat in them and the rectangular fat blocks that I put in the little wire cages. Perverse creatures!
Ante, glad you've got in the reserves for the pets. What month do you usually get your first snow in? Its dark and wild here too. I've just been to put out the bins and like where you are Ante, its most unpleasant. I hope that the bins don't blow over before tomorrow.

    Evening LB.
I'm on sea cost and snow is very rare here. In inland, usually late December. I can't remember when we had snow for Christmas here in Croatia.

I don't get much snow here either Ante and last winter was so mild it was ridiculous.

I’m afraid I’m hopeless at animal quizzes LB. Only have an idea of a couple of answers:

    2 India?
    3 Shellfish
    7 Lion?
    8 Cotton?
    11 Grey?
    16 Ermine
    17 Burrow?
19 Squab? or wot Biglad said!

Only confident with 2 of those answers!

It’s felt colder today - not sure it has been but it felt it. OH has gone flying tonight. An hour of circuits in the dark to validate his night instructor rating. Classed as professional training so allowed to happen under this lockdown (it wasn’t earlier in the year). Nice to occasionally have a few hours peace and quiet on my own....

You've got some good answers there T'Bird.
Ante, you certainly got some bargains there. I love those snakeshead fritillaries. The tulips are very pretty too.
