    @Te ... I’m glad that you feel youthful 🤸 ... however wisdom usually comes with age, and however youthful @punkdoc (whose post I responded to) may appear to you, he has certainly been around long enough to acquire a fair amount of that particular commodity. 😊 
    My entourage has been given the afternoon off to give them a break from wafting palm fronds and peeling grapes for me ... I treat them very well 😇

    I think there’s probably an optimum age range where it’s most  likely to be found ... but I concede that it appears to be a finite resource and many people appear to use their apportioned lot quite quickly 🙄

    Most people are having a hard time of things these days - however people choose to deal with it is OK if we remain polite and friendly :)

    I find that very strange Philippa, when that ‘young man’  Te, first came on this site a few years ago aged 19 he was posting in text speak and Facebook type sentences, now a few years later the young man is married, has a house in the  most expensive part of England, and has learnt such a lot about all subjects, I take my hat off to him for achieving what he has and still under 30.

    @Lyn just too add me and my partner are not married but saying that thats why i keep my private life private  ;), i'd love to be 19 again, those were the days, obviously i have worked extremely hard like many folk for what i have achieved, just for your information though @Lyn we have two properties, and just too add further i certainly don't know everything about 'all subjects' as you kindly put it, thank you for your kind comments and observations

    @Te As I said, you’ve done very well for yourself in the past 8 years, that’s more than I’ve achieved in a lifetime.
