Surely nobody actually believes the " 2 of everything " nonsense?

If you don't like it, nobody is forcing you to come on, but you would miss out on all the gardening, humour, general chit chat, plus so much more.

I would hope spelling and grammar are not prerequisites to posting on a gardening forum, but it would be nice if kindness and consideration were.

Wouldn't it just ... but sometimes folk are having a bad day, or maybe sought solace in the cup that cheers ... and then they sometimes forget their manners.

You meet all sorts of folk on a forum ... its best to acquire a thick skin and a sense of proportion. 😉

Perhaps the use of "My dear" and " young man " seem slightly patronising ?  Spelling and grammar are not prerequisites but good manners never go amiss.
Most people are having a hard time of things these days - however people choose to deal with it is OK if we remain polite and friendly :)

    Perhaps ?
