    Also done, @B3.  I wasn't sure I could vote from Ireland but yes, it's open to all UK citizens  :)
    Since 2019 I've lived in east Clare, in the west of Ireland.

    Exactly what I was saying to OH earlier this morning .... outsourcing is just another word for ‘a chance for unscrupulous shysters  to pocket the taxpayers’ hard earned money’.  😡

      Sounds like the usual ...shambles.
    I suspect "my" rat is faring better than some of these children.

    Nor do I, but sometimes people's circumstances change for reasons that aren't their fault.
