HI have you named the chooks ( don't try sage n onion as my daughter suggested ) I THINK LUCKY SHOULD BE 1. give them some corn and enjoy the eggs. One old trick in the winter is boiled potato peelings mixed with corn. HAVE FUN
I made it last year @Dovefromabove but have never used it. What else is it good with? If we have duck it's usually the breast done with Hoisin and the usual Chinese trimmings or else roast pink and crispy with a red wine and juniper sauce so no need for grape jelly. Very rarely see a whole duck here.
