Just doing my second full run with the dehydrator, with some bananas, onions, lemons (rind and interior), cherry tomatoes, mushrooms and figs.
Has anyone tried any unusual fruit?
Dried lemon rind + scissors is a *lot* easier than gratering my fingers off with it.
And a half slice of dehydrated lemon flesh minus the skin adds an intense flavour spot to a fish (give it to a friend and they will pull an interesting face).
Really not sure how dehydrated onion will work out.
