Orange and lemon trees from seed

Morning all, I want to put small Lemon, lime, orange , trees onto our now cleaned up Patio, doesn't get any sun (north facing) till 11am ish, and I have watched videos and read how to start sort of thing ,and am quite happy and ready to give them a try, Right question is ,are their better fruits to start of with ,as in…
