Whatever you decide, just do not be in too much of a hurry. There is nothing worse than running out of steam, enthusiasm, strength before a job is finished. Take your time and do only as much as you are able and comfortable with. That way your keenness is not going to be compromised.
You've done amazingly already. A heartening thought - our previous garden was a mass of nettles, bindweed and other weeds (as well as an Anderson shelter-worth of concrete and a greenhouse-worth of tiny pieces of glass, but the less said about those the better). It had been like that for years, growing, dying, rotting, and growing again. When we eventually managed to clear it and make a garden the soil was incredibly fertile - veg grew like mad, everything was bounteous - due I think to having been fallow for so long. I hope that you find the same.

Thanks all, i will ask about at the weekend to see if i can source some cardboard, I will take my time with this, I just wanted to get it cleared of all the debris first so that i had a blank canvas.
@LG_ yeah i have almost a cars boots worth of concrete that would have gone up the skip but I have other uses for it all now.
I am hoping that the soil is going to be fertile, it grows weeds quick enough
To answer your original question - once you've a rough plan of what's going where, I'd do it piecemeal - clear (or cover if you're experimenting with no dig) an area. Get some plants in, have a cup of tea, then move along...
