More beautiful than a single?

  I love both, though in the case of double flowers I still prefer an open overall appearance - like in double hellebores, semi-double roses. I wish some of the single flowers would last longer.

  I agree with @B3 , I can't think of any double I really like. I'm a huge fan of daffodils and still don't like the super ruffled doubles of those...
