BT Socket advice please.

I have BT socket next to my bed from which I have 1 phone ,1 ADSL Splitter and a line connecting my flashing alarm clock to the phone line (I am deaf and this alerts me).
It looks a bit of a mess and wondered if there was a socket that looked a bit neater,maybe with the ASDL splitter included instead of having it Blu-tacked to the wall.
I know what I would like but have no idea if such a thing is available or what it would be called.
So if anyone has a bit of telecommunications knowledge could they please share!

My bedroom socket is not the BT master socket,that is downstairs,would that make any difference?
