    Evening all,
Happy Anniversary Topbird.  Sorry to hear you are struggling with the heat Ante.  Hubby is in Turkey at the moment and it's well into the 40's.  Glad I didn't go.  Congratulations on your lovely news Debs.
Think I've remembered everything, apologies if I've left someone out but I'm very tired tonight.  Spoke to mum today Rosie.  To be honest she doesn't look well (video call).  She's very upset that they've lost one of her hearing aids in the hospital.  It took us a year to get them replaced when the home lost both of them.
West to look at Secondborn's new house.  It's  nice and it has a lovely garden for the boys to play in.
Had my Irises come today so hopefully I'll get to plant them tomorrow and mow the lawns.
    Sleep well everyone.

How to have the perfect autumn garden - Staffordshire Living
A very good morning everyone. Yvie, so very sorry to hear that your Mum is not at her best. I think its scandalous that the hospital didn't take more care with her hearing aids and I can't even imagine how lost she must feel if she cannot hear properly when people are talking with her. I do hope that gets remedied soon. Secondborn's house sounds ideal. Its good there is a garden there for the children to play in.
I hope that Ante had a lovely time yesterday with the family.

Morning LB and all to follow.
There were so many posts missing when I posted last night, weekend gremlins again.
Yvie, do hope the hospital find your mums hearing aids, that's really awful. Must be very upsetting for your mum.....and you too, not being able to see her.
Ante hope you had a lovely time with your family. But Phewww, 35! I'd have melted.
Not the best sleep last night, woke up and then lay awake for ages then finally drifted off again.
It's our second Poppets birthday today, she's 2 today. Doesn't seem possible. We had a lovely time with them yesterday.....and yes there was cake 😋😋
Looks like it's going to pour down any minute, the sky is very dark.
Time for a cup of tea, have a good day everyone.

Good morning LB, SGL and all to follow!
LB, SGL, it was wonderful evening with plenty of food and cakes and most important with jokes and small talks.

Same as SGL I didn't have best sleep last night. It was and it's still hot and damp, but I can see dark clouds coming in my direction. Maybe I'll have rain, hope so. Plenty of food is left over so I'll divide it to neighbours.

Have a lovely and relaxing Sunday!
