Morning Hazel. Fingers crossed for a satisfactory outcome. Chive that view is lovely. I'm sure you are enjoying your walk - I would be.

Oops sorry @debs64 didn't see your other post about your fiance getting a different job. Bet you're pleased, but shame it's so far away.

Afternoon All, time for a cuppa and give my legs a rest,
Hazel Sorry I missed your post earlier, I hope you managed to replace the faulty iron it is too useful to be without. Yes I think some of the cobwebs got shifted in the breeze 😀, I like the fairy stories for 23 and now he thinks his daddy has mystical friends 🧚‍♀️
Rubee yes thankfully it stayed dry, is it still raining with you? We need to swap to make it fair,
LB Lovely Orchid very attractive flower and more to come by the looks of things,
Lily hope your wet things are  drying, it’s a breezy day here perfect for that,
Rosie How is Alfie, is he keeping you company?
Oh well this won’t do I’m getting too comfortable, must get on with something.
    Enjoy your afternoon.

Hello all very quiet on here today. Sounds like everyone has had a few nice walks and sorted stuff out. Fiancé decided to take the job and starts it tomorrow so it will all be very strange I have just got used to him being at home and now it’s all back to him working away but I will soon adapt I expect.

Island, do you speak to your rellies abroad every morning?
    Catch you all later.

I misread that as "relics"! Which here in Ireland means eg a husband whose wife has died. ..

Many days yes. Especially now with covid rampant family are precious. I have an excellent phone plan that allows very inexpensive calls etc.

Never mind Debs, you'll probably learn to love your space. I'm pleased for your fiancé though. Island, do you use WhatsApp?

    Evening everyone,
Rubee I hope you enjoyed your walk today, it does help to get out and have a change, should sleep well tonight too I hope,
Ah Debs it is a shame that the job is taking OH away from you, but I’m pleased for you both that he will be working again. Your son is planning to go back to Liverpool as well, I hope that works out for him he will miss you too. My son is trying to secure an engineering apprenticeship, but of course this is proving very difficult.
Island interesting to learn that about relics, I often misread things and have to go back for another look,
Hazel I hope your son soon recovers what a worry to be sent home like that, hope he is ok. How awful for you to hear that about your old neighbour too, terrible news. At the SM this week most were wearing masks I’m pleased to say and the one way markers had gone which made navigating the aisles easier.
