Morning Island and Ante. I did not have a great night's sleep last night - must have been the excitement of watching the cricket highlights as England won the Test Match against the West Indies - but I can now see a little glimmer of sunshine outside so that has cheered me up no end. Ante, it must have been a really hot day for you yesterday and I hope that you have an interesting enrolment day in school today.

Morning Chive. Sneaky sneaky to catch Nel. Island I missed your cloud picture as we had skipped to a new page. I went back and had a look and yes, the clouds are lovely and my skies looked a little like that first thing but I'm back to the blanket grey at the moment.

    Morning everyone,
There's a big round yellow thing in the sky this morning, hope it stays now till.... Aww at least the end of September 🤞 Having to stay home and this awful weather we've had is getting to me now.
I didn't sleep that well last night either LB, I'm sure it's lockdown that's causing our sleep patterns being all over the place.
Hope Nel is a good girl for you Chive and there's not too much chasing around the house 😉
Lovely pic Island, hope you're feeling a bit better today, take care.
Haven't a clue what I'm doing today, might do a bit in the garden and then sit in the shade and relax. My head feels rather muzzy after tossing and turning all night.
Have a good day everyone take care. TTFN

Hi folks,  Have been out doing an emergency shop for mum.  First time I've had to wear a mask, hate them as I feel I can't get enough oxygen and they make me feel panicky.  Needs must, but I wont be going shopping again until I have to for mum.  Her care home is in lockdown again because of a rise in cases in the local area.  The home is clear but it means I can't sit outside with her and will have to go back to video calls.  Sorry to hear about your sleepless night Lily, LGB and LB.  I've had trouble too recently, I think we are subconsciously worrying about a lot of things.  Hope school goes well today Ante.  Good luck with Nell Chive. Rubee I often feel like a sneaky nap in the afternoon too.  Having a cuppa now before going out to do some deadheading.

Afties Yvie, you snuckered in there. I wore a mask just to go into the Linacre centre for my blood tests. It came off as soon as I got outside. At that time in the morning and with the pouring rain I didn't meet a soul going back to the car park but I wouldn't have worn the mask outside anyway. I felt just like you. I won't be going into any shops either for that reason. Quite happy with my grocery deliveries.

I have not been into a shop for nearly two years now. I supplement deliveries with treats from Holland and Barrett..

Signing off; bedtime here. Just not picking up at all yet. Stay well; stay safe.

Oh have some different clouds from another day; we do clouds so well here with no tall buildings and no tree
