Good Morning Lily, Rosie, LB, Island, Ante, Rubee & Debs and all to follow,
Lily Sounds like a good series it’s got you hooked into watching right from the start,
Rosie Early up or late to bed, hope you are enjoying some Zz’s now,
LB I hope your day is free of power cuts and any other unexpected events,
Island early start for you and a nice catch up with family,
Ante Nice to see your harvest of beautifully grown veg, hope you are keeping well. My Campsis Radicans has just started to flower and it reminded me that it was the photos of yours that led me to join this thread 😊
Rubee Oh no not raining again, still it will be good for the new plants,Ā
Debs That is good news for you both, I hope this works out well for him. Best of luck,
I plan to go for a walk today to the local woods, hope it stays dry have a good day everyone.Ā

Morning Ruby, Debs and Chive. I agree Ruby, that is blood heat and would feel very uncomfortable for any length of time. It will be good for ripening all those lovely fruits though. Debs, is that job a result of the interview your fiancƩ had on Sunday? It sounds as if it may be a distance away from where you both live? Chive, enjoy your walk today. It will be lovely looking at the wild flowers and creatures whilst you are out. I better get a wriggle on. Things to do.

Hi LB no the interview on Sunday was a waste of time he would have been working for less that Ā£7.50 an hour. This is a ā€œgroupā€ that owns lots of pubs and hotels and he has worked for them before and so when the job came up they thought of him. We are near Birmingham and the job is outside Oxford so too far to come home every night. Big son who has been living with us since lockdown may be returning to Liverpool so house will feel empty.Ā

Well rain has stopped play. I think Friday is forecast to be nice so I'll leave hedge cutting until then. One of my indoor orchids is flowering:

Debs, it must have felt good that the 'group' thought about your fiancé and, as you say, it is a job he can do until something comes up nearer to home. It will be hard only seeing him briefly but it will probably be good for him in that he will have purpose in his life - bringing home a pay packet. £7.50 is a joke.
