Google to make sure its number doesn't show it to be valuable as an artefact then if it is, put it in an auction and of not, take it to a bank to change it and then give the money to charity. Save them a step.
... .Another forum I am on said people over 40 should not have long hair. Middle age is 40, not 70 as some folks seem to think. ...
People should wear their hair and their clothes as makes them happy ... as a new bride I was told by a churchgoer that it was immodest for a married woman to have long hair and when I was going to have mine cut ... it barely reached my shoulders and I was 18 years old ... and yes this was in the UK in the second half of the 20th century and no I didn't have my hair cut. Â
Some people just get turned on by making up rules for other people to follow ... I avoid them at all costs. Â

I always seek out nudist beaches on holiday. I don't get this connection with nudity and sexual desire. If I don't like what someone looks like, naked or otherwise, I don't look, if folk don't like me naked ( and who can blame them? ) they can look the other way. I'd rather lie naked on the beach in the same was as I prefer to lie naked in the bath.
Yes @Dovefromabove - we don't all have the same shape or body form, regardless of size so we should dress accordingly.  I like cool cotton frocks in summer but they have to be shaped to my hourglass figure or I look like a walking tent.
I have long hair too. It's wavy and tends to frizz so a short style would need blowdrying daily. Life's too short. So far no one's been rude enough to say anything to my face about it.

Apparently, when you get to a certain age, you shouldn't wear denim. Frilly party frock with puffed sleeves, short socks and patent dolly shoes should not be worn by mature ladies but anything else you're comfortable in is good. Oh and mittens on a string through your sleeves isnt isn't a good look either.
I too have an hourglass figure ... although a bit of sand had got stuck in the middle now ... I find a loose linen shirt or shift over loose linen trousers the way to go that suits my temperament in this weather.  If I look unfashionable or eccentric I don’t care ... variety is the spice of life 🧑‍🎨
