If you have them, plant them. No need to bring back all this drama...but strange they'd be available right now, when fully grown plants can still be had.
If you think you have too many flowers on your strawbs to produce ripe fruit, remove some of them. Strawbs usually work on a 3 year cycle - grow and let flower and fruit for 2 years but in the meantime, take runners to grow on to continue the fruiting cycle. I wouldn't say Strawbs are a particularly touchy type of fruit to grow - you simply need to follow a regime and that should ensure a reasonable harvest
I planted some cold stored Mara des Bois last June. I had a few fruit from them which were a little woody and tasteless. I also got a couple of new plants from runners. The first fruit this year is looking plumper and juicier, but I won't know about taste for another week or so...
The drama of this thread last year arose from a misunderstanding - the OP asked whether they would get fruit, and the answer was given to a different question which hadn't been asked, which was whether they should get fruit....
