Please identy this small flowering shrub
Hello,
Could you please identify this beautiful shrub? I noticed this in someone's front garden near me about 2 months ago and took some pictures about a month ago. I think the flowers and leaves look very nice. It is about 30cm wide and 30cm in height. I have a few small gaps in my border and this would be ideal for them.
