    Fairy toothbrushes!!  In the middle of those purple flowers is a fairy's toothbrush.  You gently peel the four petals back to reveal!  ...

    I fancy 1 is iris foetidissima
    https://www.rhs.org.uk/plants/9250/iris-foetidissima/details. i'd be inclined to see whether it is the right id  when it flowers. I've had it in my garden but having not much time I've left it. the flowers are uninteresting and it does pop up elswhere in the vicinity which i assume is from the bright red seeds, but not been invasive. Having more time for gardening I've chucked it out as not really worth its place
