Should my Geranium Rozanne be flowering by now?

I bought two small Rozannes late last year (they came in 9cm pots). To my surprise, they both flowered last year even though they were so small and I only received them in September. This year, although both plants have grown a little bit, they haven't flowered yet and don't even have any flower buds so they don't look…

As an update, the Rozanne at the front (afternoon sun) started flowering on 1 June and the one at the back (morning sun) on 19 June. I guess I just needed to be patient.
