Good morning everyone. Another glorious morning but looks like next week is going to be a lot cooler - finally respite for our scorched earth gardens. Could do with rain though. I've had an email from United Utilities, who supply my water, asking their customers to take care with our water usage. With the lockdown the usage has increased exponentially. There is no mention - YET - of a hosepipe ban.

Glad you liked the childrens' funny answers. They did make me laugh too. I'll tell my friend that they went down well. I'll post the quiz this afternoon.

Good morning @Ladybird4 @debs64 @Rubee @star gaze lily @chivetalkinget al.   No fountain today!  Grey and overcast - cooler too.  Easier to do a bit of hoeing and clipping.  Your weather is better than ours.  Who needs to go away on holiday?  You have everything you need right there!!  Have a good day everyone!
A good hoeing is worth two waterings.

LB very funny. Children are so sweet the way they see things aren’t they? Loved the one about monotony!
Gorgeous day here and I am at work until 5.30. Hoping it’s a quiet one. Enjoy your day everyone.

    Good morning to all.
I'm so sorry I wasn't around last week, but my schedule was really overcrowded. It was last week for the seniors in the school and now they must prepare for final exams next month. There was a lot of work in my garden and the weather wasn't very pleasant. It's so unusual weather this year, wind, rain, sun, often all in one day.
I'll take a easy weekend and read all posts behind, gather some herbs and do small things in the garden.
How are you all? I hope so that you are all well.

Good Morning LB & Tui and all to follow,
LB yes I’m sure a hosepipe ban could be due anytime soon, the reserves must be depleted especially with more people & children at home. Just wanted to ask have you heard from Chey is he still in hospital?
Tui We have been incredibly lucky with the weather, I hope you get all the jobs done you want to do today,
Debs hope work goes well today, fingers crossed for a quieter day for you,
Hope you all enjoy your day,

Morning Ante, Sorry I just missed your post. It’s lovely to see you, your week sounds very busy a really crucial time for those seniors. Enjoy some free time now, hope you and your family are keeping well.

Hello Tui, Debs, Ante and Chive. Yes, Tui, our weather sounds better than yours does today. I expect that sometime in the not too distant future we will be saying something similar to you. Jutro Ante, we did miss you but know that you will have been busy what with the teaching and the gardening. We are having unusual weather for this time of year too but at least we have the warmth - just need the rain now. I've been watering the garden this morning and lots of my shrubs are looking quite droopy.
Chive - very remiss of me to not update you about Chey. He came home from hospital yesterday so I'm hoping that he doesn't have to go back again. It will be nice for him to just enjoy the sun, the company of Luco and his plants, plus I know that he has missed the Rezzers.
Debs, I hope that you have an uneventful day at work today and that you can enjoy your evening. We'll see you later.
