It can be moved. It’s a trachycarpus fortunei. I have moved a couple over the years, try to get a good rootball and then keep well watered in the new spot, they take a year or two to start growing again but seem to not mind being moved unlike some other species.
It will be really really heavy once dug up if you manage to keep a decent amount of rootball. So you will need some help to move it.

OK maybe not as bad as that.. perhaps with enough manpower you can avoid having to use a crane on your specimen!
