Is it safe to replant this palm tree?

    safe ? yes IF it's done properly, which isn't easy.

    It'd be one helluva job to remove it safely from that "planter" without damaging at least one of them

    The main questions should be "do you like it?" and "why do you want to move it?" and if so, do you like it enough to go to the trouble and likely expense of getting it out of that planter and putting it somewhere else so you can put something more practical, attractive and interesting there in its place.

  • Got to be moved as it is outgrowing the planter and having a brick built planter and new driveway done
