Identification please.

Hello there. Following on from your last successful identification of a plant for me when I recognised the name as soon as it was suggested this time I have no idea.
Picture is as it is today, grown in a pot, about 6' tall and about 6 years old. Flowers do not last very long and come autumn/early winter it is completely bare and looks dead. Never been cut back as I don't know how to care for it.
Any ideas please?

    I know. Realised that after I posted.  File is too big so going to reset the camer to a lower resolution and try again. Bear with me.

    A very pretty one too.
    Ideally, you need to refresh the soil in the pot every year, and keep it well fed and watered. It would do better in the ground.  :)
    It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....

    Fairygirl. Pretty much anything that goes in the ground dies as it gets very water logged in winter so everything on that side is in a pot. Have never changed the soil so should do that I suppose. Just bung a handful of growmore in each year and that is it.

    The pot is possibly too small as well. It may be quite full of roots  :)

    Assuming I can work out how to change to a bigger pot without killing the plant ( 2 man job, leave it on the trellis and move it aside, position the new pot and try to get it out of the old pot and refit the trellis higher up the fence ) what time of year should I do this please?
    Also should it be cut back a bit each winter? It has never been touched and seems to be doing ok.
