Primrose (online garden centre) bad experience - what should I do?

    Agree with Fairygirl re Crocus - tend to lure you in with offers and a rather good site, but what actually arrives (when it arrives) isn’t always up to scratch in, in terms of quality.
    I’ve taken advice from here and now I only buy plants from specialist nurseries - the difference is quality is astounding. Yes, you pay more for delivery, but plants don’t  arrive half dead either!
    My favourites so far have been Burncoose Nurseries (for many different types of plants), Ornamental Trees, Plants for Shade, Puddle Plants (pond plants), Taylors Clematis and David Austin roses.
    Primrose Update: they’ve agreed to refund me on my whole order, after I emailed them2 weeks ago. Result.
