I ordered a clematis from them on 10th April.  No sign yet of an email saying when it would be delivered but it's early days yet.  I'll just have to see how it goes.  Ordered from them before and never had a problem.

Thanks @pansyface I shall give that number a go.
Not sure if it’s the main customer services number I’ve been trying.

    Thanks for your responses, everybody.
I shall try the other number pansyface gave.
What is really annoying is that my normal login details for the site, are not working, otherwise I could just cancel my order myself, online, without even trying to contact a human being!

It is the same all over. I did get my order eventually from Primrose, see link @pansyface posted.

Now having a real issue with Suttons. Over a month and the order is showing as not even processed, phone numbers are closed, no reply to emails or their customer service email system. Also have wait 10 minutes just to browse the site and my account each time.

Same here. If it takes much longer to deliver the 5 packets of seeds I ordered over a month ago then it won't be worth planting them this year :|  Yes it's hard times but if it's going to take that long for a simple order then they need to take steps to reduce orders to a level that they can deal with in a reasonable timescale.
If you can keep your head, while those around you are losing theirs, you may not have grasped the seriousness of the situation.

Update on my daughter's order. Her apple tree was delivered but still no compost so we are taking steps to secure some from elsewhere as our tomatoes are going to need a home in the next couple of weeks.

I was going to place an order on Primrose this weekend. Glad I read this thread.

    Is Crocus the same?

I've heard good things about Secret Garden Club (and i will be ordering a large amount of perennials from them next week) but they don't do everything I need.

Any other suggestions? I'm after a couple of ornamental trees, some shrubs for pollinators and more peonies.

@Greenbird, are any of your local garden centres starting to do deliveries? It may be worth contacting them. Several nurseries by me have started doing this.
For peonies you could try Kelways

I would steer clear of Crocus. It's not a nursery - just a retailer. Overpriced usually too.
I'd go with a specialist for peonies, as @AnniD suggests.
It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....

I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...

@Greenbird, unless you want them urgently in a few months Kelways peonies usually do a sale of their potted peonies. Well I've noticed it the last 2 years anyway. Good reductions too.
Peonies supplied in 2L or larger pots, often better value than bareroots you would buy in the autumn or spring.
They have a very good variety of peonies, the old favourites and the rarer. I have not bought from them, only because I have no more space. My sister in law has though at sale time and they were lovely plants that followed the following spring.

    Thanks all

They do have a fantastic variety. I'll definitely be making an order.

@AnniD you're right, Ashwood Nuseries have set up a local delivery service - so I'll give them a call tomorrow.
