Mine's taking a little longer than normal but I don't mind. I'm still ordering on-line as I think that we need to support businesses at the moment. My garden is the only thing keeping me sane at the moment and as a long standing sufferer of depression, I don't say that lightly.
My summer snowflakes finally arrived. The box was ripped and battered and most of the soil was out of the pot. Doesn't really matter as they are over now and I wanted them to plant for next year. No sign of the clematis, hope that arrived better packaged.

I can relate to that, though I suffer anxiety also which often goes hand in hand with depression, so get very twitchy if an order is late. Kind of decided I've done with ordering plants and seeds this year, though perhaps some hardware bits and pieces for essential things like wire guides for soft fruit from Amazon. Strange times as I feel somewhat pre-adapted to current goings on as long-term sufferer of depression, but I do need the garden.
I have waited since 30th March for my asparagus bare roots which arrived yesterday. Packaged in just a plastic bag (no moist wrapping round the roots) in a cardboard box which didn't say Live Plants, so have no idea how long they've been in transit. I'm hoping they didn't dry out beyond survival - will have to wait and see. I'm all for ordering on-line just now, keeps businesses going and staff employed.
