Morning ladies and gentlemen.  Pansy good to hear from you.  I’m glad the cats are okay even through the standoff.  LB thank you for the quiz it was fun.  Chive good morning to you and Nel.  Lily it was good to receive the milk even though you have to chat through the window.  Hope you all have a good day.

What a wonderful picture Chive. Nel looks like she modelled for the statue. Pleased to say that my clover plants arrived today and once they have recovered from being in transit, I will be able to plant them into the garden tomorrow.

Oh my goodness, I am SO excited as I just saw my first house martins and swallows 5 minutes ago. Summer has arrived!

Chive a lovely picture of Nel looking thoughtful, a beautiful cat.  Alfie used to wear a bell collar.  LB it’s lovely to seethe various bird species.  Hazel it’s good that your mum is doing well during the lockdown.

Chive, my friend who lives opposite me rang me yesterday to tell me that the duck is nesting in her front garden and one  of the drakes (or possibly both taking turns) keeps sentry duty on my roof, ready to chase off any nosy magpies.

There was an even better response tonight to the clapping for our key workers - bless them all - and even the passing cars actually sounded their horns. I could hear fireworks in the distance too - I'd like to know where THEY came from. Anyway it all helped to add to the feel good moment.
