@Jacquimcmahon If she is in pain and near the end it's best to let her go peacefully. You'll cry buckets - I always do - but will have good memories and know you gave her a good life. Unfortunately, or maybe not, there are lots of abandoned cats needing homes so maybe one of those will help comfort you too in due course.

Well home again with cat!😀 though vet can’t find any reason for her most recent problem. Poor thing now has a shaved belly so she could have a scan! All just to say there was nothing to see..... Few days of Wait and see but she’s certainly feeling sorry for herself now. OH was not allowed to come in so he had to sit and stew in the car not knowing if I was coming back with an empty box or not.

Vet thinks it’s just a temporary problem linked to an anti inflammatory she was given for another problem ... so live I said now it’s wait and see and hope. The real problem is that it’s made her incontinent, and if you understand cats you will understand how that can be unpleasant for all concerned. Think I’m having the confinement blues with this on top of the “tele travail” which is driving me to drink....apperatif anyone🍸

How is your cat doing @Jacquimcmahon, hopefully a little better?
I have two cats at my home (which is also a closed Tearoom), unfortunately I am not staying there for the lock-down, I am staying with my son just 10 minutes away, much more space and a huge garden to 'play' in. Good for me but poor cats are alone. They have a microchip cat flap and I go everyday to check on them and the property but feel awfully guilty leaving them there, they are so used to having a Tearoom full of people petting them. There is a huge, old and grumpy cat (adorable actually) where I am staying, I couldn't possibly bring them here. All very tricky.
Another question for anyone on here, I would like to make a small lavender hedge to surround a new deck I am hoping to have built, I particularly want dwarf lavender. Does anyone know where I can get it online in France, or delivered to France, if I buy it small now I can perhaps get it a bit cheaper whilst I have time to grow it on?
Thank goodness for the nice weather we are having, making this all more bearable.
I hope everyone (including pets) are ok.

I've got Lavandula angustifolia ‘Munstead’ in my garden and can recommend it. However, like all lavenders, it has to be renewed (i.e. uprooted and replaced) after a few years.
Promesse de fleurs is a reputable online plant seller.
Cat seems up and down to be honest, days when she’s fine but days like today when she dribbles everywhere meaning I spend my day cleaning up tiny dribbles and calming oh down who has become paranoid every time she moves that she may have left a spot...... I think I’m more tired with this than I am of everything else going on.
we went to Organics garden center yesterday. Took ages and to be honest I was seriously frustrated afterwards. In a line with hubby for nearly an hour only to be told only one of us could go in.... the guy from the shop spoke to us three times when we were in line and never mentioned this until we got to the door.... then I was told no one was available to help me with heavy stuff even though I asked about that when hubby could not go in and was told anything I could not reach or lift I would get help with! Came away with a pathetic few plant and some fresh veg... and a thumping headache from the stress.

Oh dear @Jacquimcmahon, it's not nice is it. All very stressful.
I really am struggling to find the small lavender I was after, Little Lady. I had sourced it in the UK but he wouldn't post until the end of March and then all this happened.....Not the end of the world I suppose but it was just one thing I thought I could be getting on with.
Least the weather is good, lots of weeding done.
