Watch out for the bullseye rash. A strong dose of antibiotics  if you spot it.

@steephill. Have you got a proper tick remover, they get the whole lot out, other methods sometimes leave the head buried in.

Mix of grump.  Have had to stop gardening to come and use the loo - which is not just a question of evolutionary design and function but also means I have to take off muddy shoes and gloves and so on and so forth.  Then, when I check my PC to see if Possum's posted - no - I get publicity from websites offering me fashion so I can be chic and fashionable in my "home office".

I wish.   Old trousers with muddy knees and paint streaks, strappy top with mud streaks, hair in pony tail with fringe and wispy bits blown in all directions.    Gorgeous!

Really fed up with the starlings now   they have bent the lid of the robin feeder so they can get in and now keep chasing the robin away!  On the plus side I chased them away and the robin is back and getting some food but I can't sit here all day watching the feeder - can I?

On a side note, not sure why anyone would want to augment reality, quite enough to deal with at the moment.........

What actually is Mindfullness ?  Is it similar to Going Forward ?
I thought it was more " I want to make it clear here and now ......."  ????

I thought  it was doing lots of thinking about a Scottish loch.
