    It's been very quiet up here today so I thought I'd drive to the shop to get some supplies of fresh food. Turns out the carpark was rammed, the town seems very busy and there was quite a queue outside the shop. Most people were keeping apart but some local morons seemed to be trying to turn the queue into a social event and getting too close to the captive audience waiting in line. I didn't even bother stopping the car. I've seen police patrolling so hopefully they'll move them on. I'll go back early tomorrow morning I think before the morons wake up. :|
    If you can keep your head, while those around you are losing theirs, you may not have grasped the seriousness of the situation.

    We still have loads of people walking past to go to the park. I have never seen so many dogs being walked as now. I think they will have to shut the parks next.

    @wild edges Quite.  :D

    That's the headline news too. The most important thing apparently. Give me strength :/

    Is it wrong that I started thinking - all that time 'waiting'. Wouldn't it be a terrible irony...

    Thanks for that info @Obelixx, it's lucky those ladies are in your group. Not sure what would happen over here.

    I'm not sure that is the right way to be looking at the directives @KT53, it is necessary to minimise contact so if it is important you go out do so keeping all contact to a minimum, if you don't need to go out then don't.

    The last information I heard, and I accept it may since have changed, was that it was advised that people do take daily exercise, as the government also wants to avoid the possibly long term ramifications of people being sedentary for extended periods.  It's not a problem where we live as, although it's suburban, it's rare to see other people out walking even before this outbreak.

    Within that report was the following "Mr Trump acknowledged his goal is not based on medical science or data about the virus outbreak"  Tells you all you need to know about the world's most dangerous idiot!

    Just as worrying, if not more so, is that his popularity rating is apparently near its highest ever.
