I feel much better today and slept better so side effects didn't last long, thankfully.

The pharmacist told me to take paracetamol if I had any bad symptoms after the flu jab. I'm having stomach pains though and paracetamol is doing nothing to help. :( I might have to ring the docs if it keeps up and see if they can suggest anything.
If you can keep your head, while those around you are losing theirs, you may not have grasped the seriousness of the situation.

I can understand the mind over matter with the boosters but for the first vaccination we didn't know how our bodies were going to react as we hadn't had one before.

Many people would be anxious to take any vaccination, or indeed any medicine. They would be more vigilant, looking out for immediate changes. Many studies show that a portion of people will start sneezing when presented with flowers, not realising  thay are plastic. Fears and worries play a huge role in our own health and resilience and should not be dismissed.

One of the things I find fascinating, is how many people seem to be scared to take prescribed medicines, but seem very happy to take all sorts of "natural" or homeopathic remedies.
    Why is this?

I think one of the worst things in modern medicine is Premarin HRT.  I don’t think there could be a more cruel thing done to animals as that.
I though it would have been banned by now but apparently not.

So what you're saying is animal cruelty is ok when it benefits you, if that's not to faced I don't know what is.

My husband went yesterday for a confirmed covid jab appointment.  He got a flu jab. He's down for a flu jab next week.
