From a scientific point of view, a second dose will still be a good thing. Unfortunately having antibodiies does not guarantee full protection, there are other immune cells involved . I agree with Obelix, you need proper clinical advice.
I live in an area currently with one of the highest infection rates in the country. Yet in the past 7 days there have been only 6 people admitted to hospital and no deaths. Covid at one time was the highest cause of death in the UK,it is now around 24th so there are 23 other things that could kill you before Covid. In the whole of this pandemic I only know 2 people that have had it (both last year). That does not mean we need to be complacent about the risks but just get it in proportion. I still wear a mask etc in crowded places but otherwise things are back to as normal as possible.

@madpenguin my daughter moved to the IOW about six weeks ago and she told me you have one of the highest infection rates at the moment. She lost her job last year as a business travel consultant for a large engineering company and has found a job on the Island in hospitality on minimum wage! but needs must to help pay the bills. Their car has broken down and she is getting two buses to work, no social distancing and masks. she is the only one wearing one. Have told her to continue with mask and hand sanitizing regardless of what others are doing, luckily she is very sensible.

So.. rather than trust a proven and safe vaccine.. some Americans are putting their faith in a horse dewormer?
Do they take their tin hats off before swallowing the horse wormer? Lots of them think Bill Gates is injecting microchips , or that it will alter their genes. I despair at the level of biology education in USA. Of course some of them also believe the Queen is a lizard in disguise. Wasn't that a Dr Who storyline? They seem unable to distinguish fact from fiction.
