RTBC is my old cassette deck came back from being repaired and serviced. I wanted to digitise several boxes of tapes I found last year but when I fired up the old deck it had died. Seems cassettes are having a bit of a fashion revival as the repairer was snowed under with requests. I sent it in back in January and just got it back. Perfect timing for an indoor job and a long trip down memory lane - one of the first tapes I played was J S Bach Organ Works (Toccata & Fugue in D minor) from 1971. It still sounded great!
iTunes informs me that I have over 30 days of music already on my PC and my cassettes will easily add at least 10 more days worth. There are a couple of hundred LPs as well which should see me through almost any length of lockdown.
Ive kept an old video player because I have one video of my daughter as a toddler doing teddy bear teddy bear touch your toes. I hope it hasn't degraded😕
RTBC tonight is the strong spicy perfume from the nearby pittosporum is pouring through the ensuite window - heavenly! I like the small nearly black flowers as well.
I've tried only frog's legs out of that lot and to quote another cliche, they tasted like chicken😊 @""Papi Jo" I can remember being on holiday in Ireland as a child. The children there would collect buckets of frogs ( buckets???. I seem to have misremembered that bit!) and sell them to some French bloke.
Many moons ago we were on a camp site near Cheddar. They had frozen frogs legs!
I read a lot about people having problems keeping distance from others when out walking. We are fortunate as, although we live only 3 miles from the centre of a large city, we can go for a walk in the late afternoon (around 4pm generally) and hardly see anybody else out. We do see a few people walking dogs, and I feel quite sorry for the dogs who obviously want to get a fuss from people but aren't allowed to. You can't explain to them.

I have to concede that stargazy pie and tripe and onions are probably disgusting too.
Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.
