I'm going to plant a mass of Moonlight this year. I can't wait.
    You wont be disappointed.
Mine is still in flower and has been since June - it's so reliable and healthy too.
My single plant is about 15ft wide and 8-10ft high - never been properly pruned and about 1/3 is shared with my neighbour.

@newbie77 The Right Roses (reviewing site) describes Gabriel Oak as the best-ever DA rose.
Marlorena said something very similar recently.
I certainly won't be passing on that... If I am not able to get it in the end of season sales, I will buy it later potted from our GC.
Gabriel Oak should be significantly healthier rose than Young Lycidas and with a more upright habit. It's similar to James Austin but significantly more fragrant. I agree it has similarities to some DA roses but that's probably because it has the best of everything.

I wonder if there will be a new rose called 'Harry and Meghan' released this year at the Chelsea Flower Show....?  usually a rose vendor like Austin or Harkness would cash in on the name...

.....but in this case, perhaps not...

I don't really like to admit it, but I bought William and Catherine from DA a couple of years ago.
It grew to the size I needed and appeard to be the purest white.
It's only a name after all..

Thinking about it after seeing it on the PdeF site.   Morning Mist looks good too but was mostly wondering about how well they grow, given the usual 2 or 3 years they can take to settle for me.

I will be getting Gabriel Oak hopefully after trying twice last year without success but can recommend Eustacia Vye exquisite colour and a wonderful scent too.

I must admit l was a bit underwhelmed by this year's offerings. I agree with Debs about Eustacia Vye, it is a lovely rose and l was very pleased with it.

I would love to see a white or very dark red rose but obviously that’s difficult as the relative lack of choice in those colours shows.
