  • @fire the crocuses lasted nearly three weeks in bloom ... and now the next pots are smiling at us through the rain 

    Not to mention the ones OH planted for me by the pond ... let’s see if they naturalise

    @Dovefromabove - lovely. Have you planted later season crocus for succession or you planted the bulbs later / deeper? what is your secret?
  • The yellow ones I planted last autumn ... the Snow Bunting have been in the pot at least a couple of years. 

    I don’t plant them deep ... they’re crammed into the pot in two layers.  The top layer is only just below the surface. 

    The different varieties seem to flower at slightly different times.
