I almost never make bouquets, but today's special was made to celebrate the feast of Saint Jacqueline. It's entirely made of flowers from the garden, including the bud of rose 'Pierre de Ronsard'.
One of many of the polyanthus, one of the plants that i grew from collected seeds of my own polyanthus. It looks like a Primrose cross polyanthus. I know that they're both from primulas.
@Fire ... you asked how long the little crocuses stay in flower ... here they are, still going strong and in damaged six days later, after all the ‘weather’ we’re still getting
They’ll open up as soon as the sun shines on them ... they’ll keep going a good while longer yet ... I’ll report back if I remember.
And behind them are pots of a different colour (similar type) to follow on.

They do decrease a bit over the years, but the pot of Crocus chrysanthus ‘Snow Bunting’ is probably three years old now. The yellow ones are Crocus chrysan. ‘Romance’ and there are some purplish ones ‘Blue Pearl’ coming along.

My rhododendron has opened! It makes me happy. My hyacinths are scenting the front path beautifully and by hellebore seems happy! I'm pretty sure that's splashed mud and not blackfly...
