@pitter-patter they seem to be fine for me in full sun , it is unusual for have sun like now for a couple of weeks here , it normally dull and wet . The Heuchera in the pot are just little ones I propagated last year, they are called marmalade and south facing plus wall behind and in a pot so they getting a good baking.

@pitter-patter I was once told by a guy from heucherholics at a garden show that you should treat heucheras like skin.  The paler they are the more shade they like.
Hi from Kingswinford in the West Midlands

@Yviestevie Thank you for that, especially since I would have done it the other way around instinctively. 🤔

That's a very good simile and I couldn't agree more. There are actually very few cultivars of Heuchera that like a scorching sun!
  • Hi all,

I just wanted to say how grateful I am for this forum thread! Unfortunately, I don't have a garden, so am relying on threads like these for my garden fix. It's been lovely to look through at everyone's photos :D

Sorry if this is not the done thing, but I wanted to share another area of the internet I've found through gardening - I think they'd be delighted to feature many of your wonderful gardens - it's called The Great British Garden Show (https://thegreatbritishgardenshow.com/)
