Beautiful photos everyone, just the tonic. @AnniD, your borders look amazing for this time of year! My Euphorbia Mellifera is about to flower for the first time, a three-year old plant. I grow it for the foliage, but it will be interesting to see (sniff) if the honey scent is as good as they say.
Mountainous Northern Catalunya, Spain. Hot summers, cold winters.
The heuchera is Fire Alarm, @Papi Jo, there are so many varieties. Another day of hard work, the weather is so nice, so I’m grateful to be able to go outside and enjoy the sun and the little garden creatures.
Euphorbia Black pearl with Pittosporum tom thumb , they should really match up soon Euphorbia BP has a very dark centre and P.tom thumb new growth has lime colour leaves . Lots and lots of allium as well.
My days alternate between sod all and bugger all. Today was the former so I was seated by the pond, idly counting the newts and giving the cat a fuss, when I looked up to gaze at the silver birches. Here’s a photo
That's a really beautiful Magnolia photo @BenCotto Lovely to see so many spring pix - you're all so far ahead of us up here Daffs are only in bud, apart from the 'common' yellow ones.
I took these a few days ago, when it was sunny Hellebores have been flowering for ages though
White Chionodoxa are starting to flower
Snowies from 10 days ago
It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....
I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...
@AnniD Are the daffodils in your first photo Petrel or Tahlia? I have Petrel and I was just admiring them today. Whichever they are, they are gorgeous.
