  Leonidas is made with proper chocolate and cocoa butter.  The fact that it's made in industrial quantities doesn't stop it being good, especially compared with, say, Cadbury's!   I have found some "artisanal" French chocolate that contains palm oil rather than cocoa butter and it's disgusting.
