You are all looking very festive with lots of difefrent colour schemes and styles.  Our tree has been in place in its festive pot for 2 days now but I haven't started decorating it.

I love the non tree stuff too - outside lights, branches and mantle garlands and, like @chicky some of our tree decs hold special memories of Xmas markets in Bonn, Cologne, Brussels and so on.   I used to buy something new each year but now the new stuff is home made felt decs and Xmas cloths too but no paper chains.  Don't like them.
Vendée - 20kms from Atlantic coast.

What are the seasonal treats you can't get in Spain?
    In London. Keen but lazy.
